Serving up nutritional, gluten free food for your small event. We work with you to decide on a menu and are happy to accommodate any allergies or other dietary needs. Pricing dependent on menu and size of event.
$60/hr + food cost (~$10/person per 4 course meal)

Private home lessons or group workshops for all ages. topics can be personalized and range from general cooking techniques to specific wellness topics. Lessons include preparation of 2 recipes and a tasting of delicious and nutritious dishes. Birthday parties for up to 12 kids can be coordinated for an additional fee.
$50-$100/hour sliding scale + food cost

Home cooking that is specialized for your health needs. Clients will receive monthly meal plans and healing foods available at your convenience. Any and all allergies can be accommodated! Contact us to receive a client intake form to fill out prior to your meeting with the Chef. After receiving your intake form, we will call you to discuss menus and scheduling.

Includes a home visit and evaluation of kitchen, garden and/or personal care products complete with nutritional recommendations, pantry organization, garden design, product analysis and even grocery store guidance.
