Spring has Sprung!

This has been a very intense and challenging winter. We've hibernated more than ever before, and despite all that isolation and indoor time, we may not be feeling as rested as we'd like. That's understandable and OK!

Spring is an excellent time for cleansing, setting new intentions and moving the body, so consider that soup cleanse, organizing your home, creating new habits and getting out to exercise and stretch. You may also be feeling the urge to socialize, connect and show yourself to the world. You'll definitely want to get outdoors and get some sunshine now that the weather is warming up! Vitamin D and C are excellent for keeping your immune system healthy and how perfect now that the sun is coming out and berries are beginning to fruit!

As is true with every time of the year, remember to listen to your body and trust your intuition. This year has been traumatic so move as slowly as you need to and remember to be gentle with yourself!

What’s in season: asparagus, peas, fava beans, lettuce, spinach, brassicas (cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli), carrots, radishes, spring onions/garlic, strawberries, raspberries, avocados, citrus.
